About the Chef
It all started with a cake class at Michael's about 10 years ago. This class sparked my initial interest in baked goods. I decided to pursue this hobby and obtain my culinary degree. After college I specialized in sculpted cakes, but soon realized my heart wasn't where it wanted to be. A few years later, I shifted my focus to pastries and custom desserts, and realized that is what I love. I recently packed up my things, and moved to San Marcos to build my career further. I am currently working on starting a food truck, so stay tuned for that as well. For now you can get your sweet tooth fix by ordering online, or catching me at one of the local markets!
